Having been trading as a company since 1977 we know how to look after our customers! We are not solely a 'dotcom' company and will be here to stay. We are a subsidiary of Barmans Ltd, a supplier of pub & catering accessories in East Anglia, we have a large number of customers including some of the famous Cambridge Universities.

Our aim is to provide a fast and efficient service to our customers with quality fun products. We operate from industrial premises just outside Cambridge where we keep large stocks of our products. You are more than welcome to visit us and view most of our goods. Since February 1998 we have taken over 100,000 orders online!

Terms & Conditions

1. Standard UK delivery on our products is approx. 2-3 working days.
2. Our office hours are 9am- 5pm GMT Mon - Fri (4pm Fridays).
3. Orders may be made through our website, by phone, fax, post or by visiting our premises.
4. We accept payment by most major credit and debit cards, cheque and postal orders (Minimum £30+P&P). (Please do not post cash).
5. All items (with the exception of specially made products, i.e. wine racks etc...) come with a 30 day money back guarantee if you are at all dissatisfied (subject to being unused and returned in original packaging). Please note we cannot refund postage & packaging charges in this situation.
6. Any breakages must be reported within 3 days of receipt of goods.
   In the unlikely event of a breakage or damage we will (in most circumstances arrange collection of the item/s.

8. We cannot be held responsible for any further delivery or customs charges incurred once the goods have left our premises.
9. The statutory rights of the consumer are not affected by the terms of our service.

13. Where deliveries are made and there is no one to sign for it we reserve the right to charge delivery again (Very rare).
14. Whilst we strive to fulfil our stated delivery times, there are unfortunately times when this may not happen.
    In the unlikely event please allow up to 28 days for delivery.
